  The Broken Arrow location is very nice. Staff are kind and helpful. The facility is clean with a pool, hot tub, steam rooms and warm showers. They also have amenities like tanning and aqua massage chairs, group work out classes, and a variety of exercise equipment. You can't beat the quality and price. I've been to a few different gyms and this one is my favorite.

  Had a wonderful training session with Mel/Aaronn today! Very funny and very friendly! I highly recommend I would rate more but Google punished me with a 5 star limit. It’s more like 10 stars.

  This was originally at the top of my list of considerations for a gym until I found out that, even if you pay for their top tier membership, any guest you bring with you can't use any of the massage, tanning, or red light equipment, nor can they use the Saunas/steam rooms or the pool and hot tub and a day pass for the pool alone is almost $17 (which is half the price of their "preferred tier" membership plan.) Most of the equipment looks either old or poorly maintained and the facility itself definitely looks more worn and outdated, especially the bathrooms and walls near the baseboards. If you're looking to go to the gym by yourself, it's an okay place to go, the biggest perks are honestly that they're open 24/7 and that they have a pool that's open from 4:30AM until 11PM. Other than that, you'd be better suited getting a membership somewhere else. Other than the flooring inside the shower stalls being updated recently, this facility looks like it hasn't been updated since before the early 2000s.
