  Been going to Axis Healthcare for a while now and have always been treated well. The nurses there are absolutely killing it and work their tails off every day. Staff is friendly, managers keep things running smooth, and you can tell they really care about their patients.

  The slowest office I have ever been to in my life. Zero consideration of time. Appointment made and all. Not a walk in. Almost 2 hours for a shot is insane work. 10/10 dont recommend.

  Had an appointment, got brought back for vitals and to the room. The staff let me sit in a room for almost an hour and a half, it would have been longer if I hadn't walked out. No one checked on me or told me what was going on. Is this how we treat people now? Ive had appointments there before and they did run behind by about 40 minutes but someone checked on me and let me know that Dr Chorely was running behind. There are slim to no choices of doctors for eds so it feels like accepting being treated less than human just to be able live and function.

  For simply going as urgent care, it’s ok. Wait times vary but are usually slow. They’re nice which I appreciate. For anyone on Soonercare though who might be looking at this as their PCP, I absolutely do not recommend them for that. I’ve been in Bixby for almost 4 years now and have been on soonercare the whole time, this Axis was one of the only options I had close to home and was the only option that was taking new patients on Soonercare. Every single appointment I felt like they weren’t truly listening and were rushing me out so they could work with people coming in for urgent care. On top of that, they often stuck me with bills that I couldn’t afford and that I shouldn’t have had to pay because of my insurance. No matter how much I fought, I still had to scrape enough money to pay the bill. I finally paid off my last one and was able to move to a new PCP who already has done so much better. Also if your insurance isn’t in network with them and all you need is a simple flu shot, be prepared to be stuck with a bill over $150 simply from that like my boyfriend was last year. Our health care system sucks.
