The doctor snatched the clip board out of my hand and took off towards a different area of the building. I took my paperwork and walked out. I have never been treated like this by any doctor and will never return to this joke of an establishment again.

Overbook themselves, and then rush your appointment. The cherry on top, they call you with incorrect patient information and then blame you for it.
