From Jessica sittler nurse practitioner.I'm also not happy with your nurse talking loudly about me wanting a second opinion very rude about it exspecially when I have the right for a second opinion and it's a invasion of patient privacy Talking about it loudly it's disrespectful. And then to contact you twice because I was needing a change in medication due to a problem with other medications that my gastrologist prescribed me and not a single call back which is unprofessional. So again I will be going to another urologist you guys lost me as a patient.you need to do better with your patients that is probably why you don't get good reviews And patients leave not happy..

I was rescheduled but only to wait another 4 weeks for a new appt, the day before the appt Dr. Nord cancelled again. I called Cleveland Clinic urology and had an appt for the next day. That’s the difference between Cleveland and Youngstown/Warren.
