  I am writing this for my husband. He had two kidney stones. One he was lucky enough to pass but the other is quite large and lodged in his kidney. He saw the doctor after the visual scans and it was conceded that he needed surgery or lithotripsy. Even with lithotripsy he might need a drain inserted to be sure all the pieces came out. So it sounded kind of urgent and the doctor said the secretary would call with a date and time. That was a month ago. I told him to call this am. And they said it was the wrong doctor. He called another number and had to leave a message after AI. What have we come to? No wonder the patients are getting forgotten!!

  Horrible experience with them. First I was told they accepted my insurance. Then I was told I would have to pay out of pocket. I was told the cost of the initial appointment and was waiting for a call back on the the cost of the procedure. Two weeks or so go by and they called back and told me a new more expensive for the initial appointment and still didn't tell me the cost of the procedure. I called again, and was told I would receive a call back with the cost of the procedure. I had to cancel my appointment because I still wasn't told a price for the procedure and was told to call billing. Then I called billing and was told they accepted my insurance... Then I called to reschedule my appointment and was told billing was wrong.... I would give less than a star if possible.
