- LVLori VanMay 4, 20264.0I bought a pair of prescription Ray-Ban Meta 2 sunglasse At LensCrafters, Boardman Ohio even though my phone number was updated, they couldn’t get a hold of me because they used an old phone number. They ordered the wrong frames. They put the lenses in the proper frame before I left the store. I ordered transition lenses so in the store I could not tell they put in the wrong tint I phoned them talking to them nicely talking to a woman named Heather everything has been their mistake. They ordering the wrong frames, wrong lenses, and used the wrong phone number. I was treated rudely I won’t buy from them again. They’ve Re-ordered the lenses. I hope they’ll be the right lenses this time. and after I was hung up on, I phoned back and asked to speak to a manager, and Heather said she was a manager I was called by a different manager and she talked to me very nicely everything has been straightened out, so I’m changing my review. two a 4 star instead of a 1 star.
