- MFMike FJun 5, 20261.0They deserve ZERO stars!! This bunch of clowns should be wearing clown noses and clown shoes!! This place was an absolute joke. We arrived 10 minutes early for our appointments and was told by the examination receptionist that our appointments had been cancelled because the Dr. had to leave. She proceeded to tell us the other girl called and left 4 messages over the past couple weeks to reschedule. This is a flat out lie as neither my wife or I received any calls or messages!! As we were exiting one of the lens crafter ladies said sorry about your insurance. We asked her what she was talking about and she tried to tell us we were ineligible for glasses, which was wrong. The other lady looked up our insurance and confirmed eligibility. She asked the first lady why she said that to us and she said, oh I didn’t say that I was talking about someone else… At that point it became clear they were completely clueless!!! Unless you want a clown show, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!
