  Dr. Mulligan is very thorough. She takes her time to get to know her patients and is meticulous when screening for precancerous and cancerous indicators. The nursing staff is kind and everyone seems to work together to make patients feel at ease. If you are concerned about your appointment time you can always call ahead and the office manager will let you know roughly what time you will be seen so that you don't need to wait in the office for an extended period.

  Doctor Mulligan is incredibly smart and great at what she does, however my experience with the business itself has been incredibly poor. I waited over two hours past my appointment time in a waiting room for my first appointment. They asked me to schedule a check up after and I told them I wasn’t sure of my availability due to starting a new job, so they assured me I would receive a reminder and could reschedule if need be. I did not receive a reminder, only a voicemail half an hour after the appointment time and 15 minutes before they closed telling me I’d be fined for my missed appointment. It’s incredibly frustrating to know that the business treats making you wait for 2 hours as no big deal, but one appointment missed after being promised a reminder that you never received is your fault.

  Dr. Mulligan is a board certified dermatology colleague I have known for several years. She is extremely skilled and thorough, as well as one of the kindest people I have known. Highly recommend 5 Stars !!
