- RYRen Yur6 days ago3.0I have purchased multiple glasses and contacts from WP in the past. Went to the Crocker Park location a few weeks ago to get contacts and new lens for a pair of WP glasses along with an adjustment to another pair of WP glasses. There was no one onsite to adjust my WP glasses so I was told to go to VisionWorks down the way (really). I was not able to use the 20% discount offer on my contacts because I was using insurance (why is that). The glasses I had sent off for new lens came back bent and in major need of adjustment. I recently tried calling the store directly but instead was connected with a customer service rep who repeated the store hours to me when asked if there was someone who could adjust my glasses onsite. She eventually checked with the store to ensure an optcian was onsite to adjust the frames. All the folks working for WP have great customer service skills, however, this recent experience is lacking when compared to past experiences.
