- ALa.m. lalwani2 days ago5.0I’ve been enjoying my Warby Parker glasses for a few months now. Wonderful to get the glasses in the mail but had to visit the store several times because no one was available to make adjustments to the arms. Finally, Ieshia, who originally sold me my pair of glasses helped adjust the size. Ieshia is the BEST. She recommended the styles that would look good on me and would be comfortable with my super strong prescription. My glasses fit great now AND I can read the small print on the TV!
- SFScott FacioOct 1, 20265.0The sales representative was very helpful, he saw the type of materials and shapes in which I was interested and helped me find the right frames. He was very patient and knowledgeable.
- AHAndrew HauserSep 24, 20265.0Great employees that really help find the glasses that are best for you. Patient and kind. Was unsure how ordering my glasses in store would work, but now I will be coming back!
- NNNicocolynnSep 17, 20265.0I had an amazing experience there. I haven't been able to get glasses in years because of limited funding. I had enough to get glasses and 3 months of contacts because of their great prices.
- SHSamantha HeltzelSep 15, 20265.0Michelle was incredibly helpful addressing the situation with my glasses. She walked thru my options, explained everything thoroughly and did it all with a smile. It is great to see a store manager set a strong example of customer service. The staff is wonderful and friendly, not only with customers but with each other and it’s great when everyone is there working together and supporting one another.
