It caused me more pain, I tried for a week, went back to the store, the salesperson said " see, you should have bought the system". They gave me another insert, it is not working. Not only did they charge me $ 500, they ruined my shoes. I sent a letter to the CEO, have not heard back. I instead bought OOFOS recovery sandals and I am much better. Wish I did that first.
