  My initial experience has been great Dr lam fantastic. Pricing is much higher than other places I’ve been but decided to still move forward with the purchase and see how it goes from there

  What a great experience at Pearle Vision. I read reviews prior about how wonderful Dr. Lam is and I can confirm this sentiment! I felt super comfortable there and everyone helped guide me through what tests were being done. I will definitely return.

  I canceled my appointment because of a terrible experience with a rude and condescending staff member who called me to request information for my appointment. I ended up going to the Rocky River location, where everyone was incredibly polite and friendly.

  Picking out a new pair of frames is a challenging experience. Christina was a delight to work with. She showed me so many different options and styles, and helped me narrow down my choices. I would definitely recommend going to Pearl Vision and asking for Christina to help you navigate through an awesome selection of eyewear.

  Doc was great and so was front desk gal was great. It was the person who you work with to order your glasses. My insurance only covered a variety of pairs. Totally get it, no issue there. So I ordered them but was also wanting to get a designer pair with a specific designer that I knew I would pay out of pocket. I had saved my money for. I asked if they carried them and she just shown me the row they were in and that was about it. She didn’t seem interested in helping me. Felt like she made assumptions that I possibly couldn’t get the pair based on the insurance I carried. I’m hoping I’m wrong but that’s how it felt. I did say I was interesting in buying a pair. She don’t give over pairs or walk me over or talk about them or anything. I will be taking my money to another company to invest in better eyewear for myself. I also called back the next day to see if I can get my pupil distance to possibly get my pair online and they wouldn’t give it to me. I was giving a bs excuse that you have to be measured by whoever is order the glasses. That would make sense if the distance of your pupils changed constantly from glass retailer to retailer but they don’t. They don’t give it to you so that you don’t go anywhere else. I’m sure that is the case across the board but I’m kinda new at this whole thing. For being new at getting prescription for everyday wearing glasses, this was not a pleasant first experience.
