- AHAlex HarrisSep 26, 20265.0Dr Lam, was amazing she was very nice and kind and patient with us.. My son’s first eye exam went really well thanks to her! I can say that the secretary was very rude she made me feel like being there for my scheduled appointment that I waited months for was an inconvenience to her and wasn’t helpful at all just seemed annoyed and irritated.

She made the experience calm for my son who was a little nervous! He had a great time that he can’t wait to go to an appointment again lol! He enjoyed picking out glasses with the lady with curly hair! She was very nice and always is! Thank you staff and dr.lam!

When it came to picking out my glasses, I had a wonderful experience with Elizabeth Hall. She was honest and up to speed with the latest trends. She didn’t steer me incorrectly just to make a sale. Overall, it was a lovely experience filled with a team that truly cared.
