When it came to picking out my glasses, I had a wonderful experience with Elizabeth Hall. She was honest and up to speed with the latest trends. She didn’t steer me incorrectly just to make a sale. Overall, it was a lovely experience filled with a team that truly cared.

I had purchased progressive lenses which did not end up working well for me. Christina suggested another solution and Elizabeth approved. While they do not offer refunds, they go within the company client satisfaction guidelines to really try to make each customer happy. And, they did. I appreciate their kindness, listening and professionalism. Also, Melissa the optometrist assistant took care of an EyeMed billing issue. I appreciate her follow through, kindness and professionalism. It’s a busy office for a reason —they care !

The women working there are all very efficient, friendly and helpful. I had an issue with contact lenses being delivered and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected even when it was not their fault. Amazing customer service, can’t recommend them enough!!
