I went to the Good Feet Store because I had extreme pain in my right hip, and I was long overdue for a new pair of shoes. I also decided to try an arch support to see if that would help alleviate my hip pain.
Angelo did an excellent job of explaining how the Good Feet system works. He patiently helped me determine which arch support was best for me.
After a couple of days of using the Good Feet arch supports, I could tell that I was walking better and that I had less pain in my right hip. My daughter also noticed that I was walking better. In less than a week, there has been a huge reduction in my hip pain.
While I was at the Good Feet Store, I also bought a pair of Brooks running shoes and a pair of house slippers. The house slippers have much better support than what I’ve been wearing. They also have good tread on the soles. The Brooks have a nice wide toe box and are very comfortable.

Zack Caldwell at the Polaris store was professional, patient, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt instant pain relief in my knees(the reason I stopped in) and feet. Highly recommend at least visiting a store if you have pain when you walk or stand for long periods if time. Thank you Good Feet and Zach.

Justin at The Good Feet Store was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, patient, and really took the time to understand what I needed. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people feel better, not just making a sale. Thanks to Justin, my feet feel better than they have in a long time. Highly recommend asking for him if you stop by!

After being in pain my entire life walking with a right above knee prosthesis with ALL of the weight on my left side, my left foot HURTS even when not wearing shoes! My daughter brought me to The Good Feet Store to just check out my options. I was absolutely thrilled when I put the shoes and inserts on my poor sore foot and wanted to dance out of the store!! Zach Caldwell was totally amazing explaining all of my options but when I didn't get approved financially I was pretty disappointed. However, we were still able to work things out especially for my birthday!
I now have new shoes and inserts to wear home with tears of gratitude!!

I had a great experience! Mr. Justin Gates was very informative and very helpful with my situation.. I was thankful to have him help me, because of his own personal situation/injury and journey he made himself.. Through this I feel he understood what I’ve been going through with mental and physical aspects.. The price was way more expensive than I expected but am hoping it will be well worth it! I felt an immediate difference with each insert..
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are Good Feet arch supports different from regular shoe inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports provide firm yet flexible function designed to correct poor foot biomechanics and offer long-term pain relief, unlike typical generic inserts.
Can arch supports help if I already buy good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes. Often foot discomfort stems from the foot itself rather than the shoes. Stabilizing the foot with Good Feet arch supports can minimize or alleviate pain caused by common foot-related problems.
Can I take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, customers aged 6 and up can take their personally fitted arch supports home immediately after purchase as the store keeps a full inventory.
