At Stauffer Family Dental, we are able to scan your tooth, mill and design your crown in our office lab. How it works is the dentist removes a conservative amount of tooth structure and then acquires digital scans of your tooth using our CEREC computer. The computer sends the images to our milling unit to design the shape of your crown and then to the oven where we give your crown a natural, custom color.
