- MMMarqueMarq1 day ago2.0I was very disappointed with the reliability of Arcadia Home Care. In just two months there were repeated call-offs, no-shows, and too often the company was unable to find someone to fill my mother’s scheduled shifts. This became a pattern that I could no longer depend on. When you are caring for someone who depends on consistent in-home care, reliability is extremely important. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, which is why we decided to discontinue services.
