StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab West Chester offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

I came in with pain in my hip and thigh due to a lower back issue and in just one stretch session I was evaluated, stretched, and given instruction for take home stretches I can do on my own. The time taken to help me stretch targeted areas helped so much- I am out of pain and so encouraged! I can’t wait for my next session!
- DFDan Farrell6 days ago5.0I play pickleball 4–5 days a week at the Pickle Lodge in West Chester, and not too long ago my hip issues had gotten so bad I honestly thought I was headed toward a hip replacement. I didn't want to be another older guy hobbling around the court, so when I kept hearing others rave about StretchLab, I finally decided to give it a try. Best decision I've made for my game and my body. It turns out I didn't need surgery — I just needed the right muscles stretched in ways I could never achieve on my own. My stretchologist Nathaniel has been incredible. Each week he addresses whatever needs attention while also keeping up with my preventive routine. It's personalized, professional, and I genuinely look forward to it. The results have spoken for themselves. Just recently at the Dink Cincinnati Tournament, I medaled in two events — something I wasn't sure I'd even be able to compete in at that level a short time ago. If you're feeling limited on the court — or just not moving the way you know you should — you owe it to yourself to try StretchLab. I'm a weekly regular now and have no plans to stop.
