    Staff was extremely rude. I tried calling the pharmacy and no one even attempted to answer the phone. One of the staff members told my doctors office that they had spoken with me over the phone when they NEVER did, claiming they told me my prescription was ready, they even verified to the doctor my name and date of birth insisting they had just hung up the phone after speaking with me (I NEVER SPOKE WITH ANYONE over the phone). I then get to the pharmacy and the script wasn’t even filled...the manager was very rude as I was trying to explain my concern based on the whole situation, she then pointed fingers at my doctors office saying they were wrong. DO NOT GO THERE.

    By far, the worst pharmacy. From filling incorrect meds, to long delays, inaccurate information provided over the phone and just extremely poor customer service, this pharmacy would get a negative 👎🏻 if that were an option.

    I might die in this Kroger waiting for my prescription they told me would be 20 mins. Tell my family I love them.
