  I went into the Warby Parker at Lane Avenue last night about four minutes before closing. I told them I knew they were about to close and was totally fine coming back another time, but they insisted, "no, come on in, we've got you!" That kindness set the tone for the whole visit. Graham ended up helping me the most and was genuinely phenomenal—friendly, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel rushed even though it was closing time. He and another team member (sorry, I can't remember their name!) spent close to 40 minutes with me, giving opinions and recommendations on frames, walking me through upgrades like blue light filtering, and just making the whole process easy. The experience felt like a fabulous 1:1 consult! I left with my first pair of prescription sunglasses plus a new pair of everyday glasses (buy one, get one 20% off, which was a nice bonus). They also took the time to check what my vision insurance would cover and walked me through how to submit it, which I appreciated since my plan isn't a common one. As a longtime glasses wearer, I still can't get over how Warby Parker has changed the game in the glasses industry. I've bought only Warby Parker glasses for the last 6 years since discovering this company. And my experience last night was the best customer service I've had in a while. Thank you, Graham and team!   The staff I encountered today were amazing! From the doctor, the manager, and the person who helped me finish my purchase. Painless and fun experience!

  I had the best experience here! Everyone had such amazing energy, and you could tell they genuinely loved what they do. No one left without a smile. They made the whole process so fun and personal, and they were just as excited as I was while helping me pick out my glasses. They took the time to help me try on different styles and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I never felt rushed, and everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service and a fun experience!

  Nzea was super helpful and helped my girlfriend find a wonderful pair of sunglasses! She even helped adjust them so they fit perfectly on her ears. Go here for a perfect pair of shades at a great price.

  I had a very positive experience at this Warby Parker location, overall I love WB but this was the best experience Ive had across multiple locations. The optician I worked with was very knowledgeable, checked my insurance benefits and helped me figure out the best set up for me (glasses plus clip-ons!)
