  We were very pleased with Dr. Gen & the Twinsburg office. From the consultation, to the end result of a beautiful smile, the entire experience was excellent. Would definitely recommend anyone in the area to Dr Gen & team.

  The best experience, wonderful and professional staff and Dr.Gen is and absolute magician. The way my daughter was taken care of from day one all the way up until she had her retainers is unbelievably easy convenient, they really do go above and beyond to make their clients feel comfortable. Both Mayfield in Twinsburg offices have top notch amenities and comfort features that I have yet to see in another dental or orthodontics office. My daughter wore braces for close to three years and before them she had an expander and a retainer for another two so we went to Dr. Gen for a long time and literally it is such a commitment on behalf of the staff and Dr. Gen that I know for sure I will recommend this office to anyone I know. Thanks again and I wish your practice to thrive and make more beautiful smile’s across the US!

  Dr.Gen's office is one of the most welcoming place and it has such a great atmosphere. All of the staff is very friendly and fun. Got my braces off in no time. It was a pleasure rating 10/10
