- DDD.StacyJun 6, 20261.0The actual optometrist was nice and the employees are kind enough but they are just selling garbage. The glasses I got were the same material ive gotten in other years from other places but these have scratched so much that I can hardly see out of them after just a few months. I only use micro fiber and soft cleaning agents. Not to mention the focal point is completely off on the lenses which has caused a lot of discomfort but since you only have 14 days to decide if your happy with the $600 dollars you spent and it took me a little longer than that to realize. I guess im stuck with them.

I paid 500$ for ray bans glasses and more for a warranty which I was told would cover any issues with the glasses for the next year . Came in to get them fixed and the man told me I have to pay a co pay to fix them and I let him him I was never told about a co pay I was told it would be covered . The man working here then yelled at my and told me to relax very mean very unprofessional workers here I just wanted to know why I was told the warranty would cover my glasses and it dose not but instead I got yelled to “ relax “ .
