- KHKim HaganJul 4, 20261.0The man who helps with check in and tries to sell you glasses was very rude. He was checking on my insurance didn't enter my 2nd insurance to cover the co-pay. Then when I asked what was going on because he was taking so long, he proceeded to tell me I owed a co-pay and when I said no I don't because my 2nd insurance takes care of that. He then started arguing with me and I would be getting a bill and I told him I better not and my nephew took me out of there before I got more upset. Dr. BRANDON was great and helped me immensely and I am grateful to her for caring about me as a patient. She was exceptional.

The front desk staff could use a little fine tuning, however my exam with the doctor outweighed that experience by far! She was extremely pleasant and thorough and explained what she was doing at each step. After my exam I also had a very pleasant experience with the technician who was professional, friendly and a joy. As I stated I ypically dread the entire eye exam process. I would definitely refer people to this office in Trotwood and I have. Best exam experience I've had in Years!
- LLLaTosha LemonJun 25, 20261.0Horrible experience! I’ve been coming here for years even before it was Pearl Vision, when it was still Eye Mart. My experiences when it was Eye Mart were wonderful. The employees were a lot more friendly and attentive to their customer’s needs. Ever since it’s changed to Pearl vision it’s gotten worse & worse! They overcharge on everything now. Also the new manager that is currently there is extremely rude & inconsiderate. He made sure to point out “That’s why I’m the New Manager.” As if his title made him superior. I paid almost $400 for my visit & to order contacts. However the next day I received a call asking me which contact lenses I wanted. Mr. New manager never placed my order but took my money with no problem & never thought to ask me which contacts I wanted. He’s also very dismissive about any concerns you may have.
