The girl that was fitting me took exception to the fact that I did not appreciate the policy, and even though I had said nothing except "I will not be dictated to, by a company what I will spend my money on". She became extremely offended and started to tell me that if I couldn't be kind I could leave, but I interrupted her by reminding her that I had said nothing unkind and I had a right to complain! She was a typical snowflake and was deeply offended. I will never set foot in another Pearle, I was charged $35 copay for "medical" so they could double charge my insurance. I have no medical issues. Then I had to pay $25 to have my PD measurements taken, which I wouldn't have had to do if I could have just purchased the damn glasses there! Total rip off! I am leaving negative comments on yelp, google and several other sites. You want to run your own insurance scam, have at it! But you will not dictate to me that I have purchase it!
