- NWNeicy WilsonAug 18, 20261.0My appointment was at 11:40 am and they said they closed at 12 pm. I got there at 1 minute late and the front desk lady was so nasty they locked the doors at 11:55 am. She was so disrespectful and callous. I told her I had to catch an uber and she told me they were booked up would not help handed me a card and told me next time schedule my uber in advance. All because I was one minute late. I have never been treated so horribly!!! I have been going there for 7 years and I promise I will never return

Everyone was kind, welcoming, and professional, and they made me feel comfortable throughout my entire appointment. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain my eye health and my prescription, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything. It was reassuring to learn that my eyes are healthy, and I left feeling much more confident about my vision and my new prescription. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about providing great patient care. They helped me find frames that suited me, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at an eye doctor’s office, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate care. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!
