  New management in place. Really liked Dr Brandon , she was very professional Very thorough and helpful. Communication and scheduling was much smoother this time!

  I arrive for my appointment 15 minutes early, the lady at the receptionist desk ask for my insurance card which I told her I didn't have, but however I provided them with my vision plan group name, so Brad begins to look up my information. While Brad was looking up my information I ask the lady receptionist if there was any paperwork I need to be filling out "she says no you can't until we have you insurance verified" so I then turned to Brad and ask him and he said sure and provided me with a tablet. Brad was unable to find my insurance information after searching the data base, so I asked him well is there a number for providers to call to verify, "Brad states no they don't have one, so I asked him for the number and I'll call, so he did provide me with number to call which I did, while I'm speaking with insurance customer service, the receptionist come over and snatch the tablet from me and says "your appointment was at 4;20 and our Dr. leaves at 5;00" I told her I was here on time, while on hold with the insurance company I go back thru my purse amd finds my insurance card, hands it to Brad and he types in the id number and says oh I stil can't find it, he couldn't find it because he didn't book at the back of the card to get the correct provider name which was Davis, all he kept saying was that if it's not pulling up it because Pearl Vision don't take my plan. I asked. Brad for the corporate office number and/ or the General manger and he said he is not word to give that information out. So Inproveed with my exam at the end the Dr. asked if I wanted to pick out frames I told her absolute not and that as a matter of fact this would probably be my last visit due to the poor commissioner service from Brad and his coworker. She was really receptive and apologized. (For their poor customer service ) not to mention the female receptionist seemed to be in another world, maybe like she was on some type of downer or something everything was slow motion.

  Dr. Brandon was great. She took her time with me and explained everything very clearly for me. They also paid for the new lens that I needed. She went above and beyond and I appreciate her so much. I give her 5 stars. However, after that I was told to wait for check out. I waited over 10 minutes and finally asked what was taking so long. The man who was checking me out said he was trying to determine what I owed for the visit. I said that I don't have any co-pays because my 2nd insurance takes care of that. He proceeds to argue with me telling me that it was saying that I owed it to. I said your not putting the 2nd insurance in because I know I don't pay for any specialist appts. My nephew gets up and the man says you will be getting a bill and he and I both say I better not and out the door we went. I was so upset after that I had to breathe to settle down. I give the man who did my check out a 0 star, but since I can't he gets the 1 star.

  Went for an eye exam today. Dr. Brandon and staff were fantastic. Very helpful and informative. Explained all procedures and treatment options. I didn’t feel pressured to spend more money, which is always a plus for me. Facility-5/5 Wait time-5/5 Customer Service 5/5 Overall 5/5.
