Yoga totally changed my life for the better, and taught me how to breathe. I took one free class and I was instantly hooked and I’ve been coming straight for over a year now. There entire staff is amazing! Anthony the manager is one of the nicest people you will ever meet! Seriously go check it out!!
- JHJonathan HillJun 14, 20222.0The practice itself was very good even though routines are repeated sometimes through the week for classes. If you are stepping out of your comfort zone to practice yoga as a single man, expect to be judged by the staff and left feeling like you're an outsider.

I love the mirror for alignment and the soft but firm floors perfect for yoga. The teachers are super knowledgeable and always willing to stay after class to talk about the poses and answer questions.
