The doctor and staff have always been totally professional, taking care of my eye health through several eye infections, advising me when it came time for cataract surgery, and other changes in eye health as one ages. I have every confidence in Dr. Kopan to care for me.

The optometrist identified a problem quickly & explained the concern thoroughly. She reassured me of potential interventions. The reception referred me efficiently to an ophthalmologist.
- AFAutumn FryeJun 15, 20261.0Emailed them about 2 months to a month ahead and even asked if they would take our insurance and was told yes, to only be told they WOULD NOT accept our insurnace only 2 days beforehand and then tell me the appointment would be $170 out of pocket is extremely unprofessional. No given time to get the money together if I decided to proceed along with just claiming they would accept any insurnace just to notify me only days before the appointment they do not.
