  Great family-owned business with impeccable customer service. My entire family has gone here for many years. I can't recommend anyplace better for your vision needs.

  My rimless glasses broke in half across the nose piece (bridge), and I called and Dr Pezo told me to bring them in and they will look at them and see if they could fix them. I went right down there and Robert took them and soldered them together and they were as good as new. Thank you Robert you are a life saver.

  I've been to several different eye doctors in the past. Some have big, fancy offices, upscale waiting rooms, free coffee, etc. You won't find that here - and I love that about Sylvania Vision Center! You don't need all that when you never have to wait longer than a minute or two to be seen by Dr. Pezo! Her and Robert are personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not many doctors themselves take the time to find "just the right, square-shaped frame for my big round face"! I've only been a patient for 2-years, but I feel super comfortable when I'm there. At the time of my appt, they already have my insurance info printed out, so they can explain exactly what's covered and what's not. Great experiences each time I've gone!

  Called to ask a couple of questions regarding insurance and price, and exam availability. Received terse, frustrated sounding answers and was hung up on. Business must be booming that five minutes of your time was so inconvenient to offer a potential new customer. Don't worry about it, I don't think I will give you more work.

  Cindy and Robert are both professional and caring. I have had no problems in any direction and have been with them for at least 10 years. As to the 1 very negative review, I have never known them to have a receptionist because either Cindy or Robert deal with their clientele personally.
