Eddie was wonderful and helped me get my best foot forward! Being flat footed has caused me a lot of discomfort and every time I’ve gone to the foot doctor their solutions never worked for me. Eddie at The Good Foot store made the difference, their insoles felt like the right change for my feet. After about a 45 min process I was sold. It is an investment that was a little more expensive than I anticipated but worth it all the way so far.

Working with Luke I knew right away that he is extremely knowledgeable about arch support and feet. You can't go wrong buying your arch support from The Good Feet Store. I'm excited that my feet will help my knees with proper support.
I wanted the best service and product and he gave me his expertise. If I could do 10 stars I would. I was blown away by the technology in these products compared to years ago when I would have an orthotic made that was bulky and cumbersome.
Thank you Luke for all the knowledge and enthusiasm you have for a product well-made.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I entered the good feet store. Luke Hollifield greeted me at the door and asked how he could help me. I told him my issues and he explained what the good feet store is and what they do. He got busy, checking out my stance the way my feet actually hit the ground and started fixing up my shoes with some different insoles. Now you know, I’m leaving a lot of the minor stuff out. I started taking a walk in the store and couldn’t believe that I didn’t have the amount of pain I did when I walked in. We tried a couple different insoles until everything fit perfectly. He explained everything and a schedule and how to use the insoles and told me he would check up with me in a few days and also to give him a call if I had questions or problems. I might sound like a commercial, but even though the cost was a little higher than expected, I am very very glad that I went into that store. My knee does not hurt and my hip is not hurting anymore.

My wife and I both had a very positive experience learning about and using the Good Feet Store arch support system. Your sales person (Mr. Eddie Stern of the Strongsville OH location) answered all our questions and explained the process of eliminating foot pain by using the arch supports. Thank you to Mr. Eddie Stern, who helped to make our lives (and feet) pain free.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are Good Feet arch supports different from generic inserts or insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed for firm yet flexible correction of poor foot biomechanics, providing long-term pain relief unlike typical online or drugstore insoles.
Can arch supports help if I already wear good shoes but still have foot pain?
Yes, because the discomfort often comes from the foot's condition rather than the shoes. Good Feet arch supports stabilize your foot to minimize or alleviate pain from foot-related issues.
Will I receive my arch supports on the same day of purchase?
Yes, customers aged 6 and above can take their personally-fitted arch supports home the same day after fitting at the store.
