Legacy Physical Therapy and Performance

Legacy Physical Therapy & Performance provides individualized sports physical therapy, rehabilitation, and performance care for athletes and active individuals in Streetsboro and throughout Northeast Ohio. With more than a decade of professional sports experience, including 10 years with the New York Yankees organization, Legacy brings a performance-driven approach to injury rehabilitation, post-surgical care, return-to-sport, dry needling, and recovery. We also specialize in baseball and overhead athlete care, including shoulder and elbow rehabilitation, arm care, assessments, and return-to-throw programming. As an out-of-network provider, treatment is built around each patient's injury, goals, and activity demands.
