We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

- EMEvette McVickerMay 1, 20263.0Hello. I purchased over $600 worth of contacts from you. I had to put it on my credit card. I was then charged an additional 3% credit card fee. That was an additional $ 18+ added to my bill, as if I am not spending enough money for you to cover whatever cc fee is involved. I honestly am really disappointed and disgusted that Pearl Vision would do that. I could understand if the bill was $50 or heck even $100, but $600+??? What the heck is that about? My family spends quite a bit of money at your store. I would hate for you to lose all of our business on account of $18. Sincerely, Evette McVicker
