Overall not a pleasant experience. The receptionist women made my wife and I feel like an inconvenience because our names are similar and we have two insurances. The doctor was degrading and rude with comments. He also made my wife get the most expensive contacts which we didn’t know at the time. And then the rep who was ordering everything was the least pleasant of all. He was rude, didn’t smile once, and I genuinely don’t think he knew what he was doing. I could see his computer and all he was doing was moving the mouse back and forth and would open a new browser to make a clicky noise then he’d click back to the previous screen. It’s hard to make me mad but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had overall in life. I’m going to try and cancel my glasses because I don’t even want to go back there.
My son and I had appointments at 320 and 340. Wasn't expecting to fill out the forms that took another 20-30 min. Could that have been sent prior to the appointment via email or text? The actual eye exam was wonderful. The part where you meet the person that helps with the insurance and paperwork was not a great experience. Unfortunately, in our experience at this visit, there seemed to be a language barrier and was very hard to understand benefits and when she was explaining stuff. She kept saying ummmm and looking like she was trying to find her words. Another gentleman I think heard a little of the frustration came and helped out. For example, my son heard him explain to someone else that there are colors you can choose from with the transitions. We kept waiting, she was quick to ask for the payment, he asked, don't I get to choose the color? She said, you get gray since that's what's in the computer. This gentleman came over, opened a display box of all the colors and showed my son what it would look like if he chose that color. We were there until after 6 pm... for a 320 and 340 appointment. Did not offer to help find or fit my son for glasses. She was very difficult to understand, tried to find the right words when explaining. Wrote down a lot of "notes" on a post it pad. I asked for a copy of our prescriptions, she gave me the wrong one and said it was not finished since I had ordered contacts. Again, this gentleman came and said yes it is and showed her how to print. Then she asked if I wanted a bag. For what? Paperwork? I just hope she gets this order correct for my son. I'm still waiting for my contacts and explanation of how that process will go since i have gas perm ones. I will follow up after the weekend and see what that process is and how to pay etc.
Everyone there was wonderful! The woman that assisted me through tests was so genuine and kind, the doctor was thorough and funny, and the woman who helped me order contacts was so friendly and helpful. All around a great experience! And I was in and out in an hour.

Clean facility, very tidy. Plenty of staffing, not to long of a wait. The staff was very kind, patient and helpful. They all had, (a wonderful sense of humor)!! Really enjoyed going. Wish glasses weren't so expensive! Not staffing fault! Overall Very satisfied to this point.

Doctor was great but trying to get ahold of the store is really hard to get ahold of them you leave voicemails and no call back then you call and speak to someone who don’t speak English and they give you a hard time after I get my contacts I will never go back there
