The conversation lasted all of 10 ten seconds at most and when asked if our insurance was accepted there the immediate response was "no we do not" and then she hung up on me. I thought it may have been possible to just pay for service; so I was surprised that she hung up so abruptly.

- TPTony PellegrinoJan 13, 20261.0Awful awful visit onw of the worst medical professionals I've ever seen waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment time in the waiting room. There was no one else in the waiting room and not that many people came out while I was there so they were not busy at all but still waited so long just to get called back. Once I got back there Dr. Patterson rushed through the visit hardly let me talk told me what he was going to do then when I tried to voice that I was uncomfortable with having to do multiple procedures he got agitated and told me that I needed to just get it out of my head. So I left the office. Does not care about your concerns or desires he has his own agenda and pushes it.
