  DON'T GO HERE!!!!! I went here for a cleaning. He looked in at my filling and said it needed replaced. He didn't like the way it looked, so I set up an appointment for a filling. He ground it down so thin that he said it needed a crown and possibly a root canal. He put in a temporary filling, and I was told I needed to pay $41.80 for today, and $100.00 payment to reserve an appointment for the crown on Wednesday. By morning, my feeling was back and I noticed a rough spot on my filling making a sore on my tongue. I called Thursday afternoon to see if I could come in to fix the rough spot. They were gone until Monday, so I had to take a fingernail file and smooth it myself. Monday or Tuesday, I canceled my crown appointment. Today, I got a bill for $202.00 and $85.00 for an X-Ray. My Insurance paid $101.00 and I paid $141.80. Now, they want $44.20 more for the balance FOR A BAD FILLING.

  I went in this morning to have a cavity in my front tooth fixed and while I was there he took the time to fix 2 other teeth that were not cavities but would soon be. Dr Horan did a fantastic job on the one with a cavity especially. He had to rebuild part of the tooth. The whole staff was exceptional and helpful. Great sense of humor.

  SMALL CLAIMS COURT - Had an urgent meeting the morning of my appointment and had to cancel. Refused to reschedule me without paying $25 cancellation fee. Took me to small claims court. Avoid this office at all costs. More details to follow. My experience with this dental office was deeply disappointing and, frankly, unprofessional. Being taken to small claims court over a $25 dispute reflects a level of pettiness and poor judgment that I would not expect from a healthcare provider. What made the situation worse was the receptionist, who was rude and unpleasant to deal with throughout the process. Instead of approaching a minor billing issue with basic professionalism and courtesy, the office chose to handle it in a way that felt unnecessarily hostile and excessive. A dental office should value patient relationships, clear communication, and reasonable customer service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly encourage others to think carefully before choosing this practice.

  I was petrified because like a lot of people I hadnt been to the dentist in YEARS due to lack of health insurance. I was finally able to make an appointment and went in today. Staff were all extremely friendly, informative and comforting. The cleaning went well, and Dr Horan gave me the run down which was short sweet and to the point. He is a very nice guy. Im actually looking forward to my next appointment? Am I really saying that?
