  I had a really great experience with Dawn at GNC in St. Clairsville. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the products and actually takes the time to help you instead of just trying to sell you the most expensive thing in the store. I went in looking for whey protein, but I was on a really tight budget. I almost ended up buying something I didn’t really need, and Dawn actually walked me over to the clearance section and helped me find everything I needed at a much better price. I left with what I needed without feeling completely broke afterward, and I really appreciated that honesty and consideration. She’s also just genuinely nice to talk to. You can tell she’s passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and training, and she’s happy to talk with customers and answer questions without making you feel rushed or pressured. Customer service like that is rare anymore. Dawn is awesome, and because of her I’ll definitely be coming back to this GNC location.
