Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

They managed to get me in same day, literally no wait time, extremely kind, helpful, and friendly staff, and helped me navigate my insurance so well that I was able to get beautiful glasses ordered with no cost to me, which was such a blessing because I am on short term disability right now and in a major financial bind. This place is full of genuinely good people! The woman who checked me in and did my initial exams (I apologize for not getting her name!) was so welcoming and sweet, the doctor has the most calming presence and is also very funny, and Steven who helped me pick out my frames and get everything covered is such a kind soul who genuinely made my whole day!!! I take my daughter here as well (who has ADHD and autism and difficulty sitting still and following instructions) and they have been so patient with her and made her feel so comfortable. I cannot recommend Pearle Vision in Springfield enough!! Best eye care we have ever received!

He said too bad you don’t like the cost! Purely awful place. Not even the cost but the way they treat people is terrible. He acted like he was bothered to have a customer. He makes you feel terrible for stepping foot in the place. If he hates his job he should find a new one! He is extremely unhelpful, unpleasant and flat out rude. Also they rarely ever answer the phone when you try to find out their hours (online hours are incorrect) I still have no glasses; only left with a headache and rage for being treated so poorly by that guy!!! Management should hire better staff!!

My son couldn’t even choose… they only had one pair that he could get. What a great experience for him. Then you guys close for lunch???? But it’s not on your website, do better! I work across the street and came here to pick up his awful glasses you guys offered to be picked up. I’m on lunch and work until you guys close. It would have been nice to know I couldn’t come here during your sacred lunch hour. This place is a joke. Even the doctor I couldn’t take seriously. We will never return here.
