    Omg so slow. Rude. The lady (nancy) at the register will sit and talk to people about nothing while there is a line of 20 people. Was mad cuz I said imma stand and wait on my script at the counter haahaa wasn't a soul in line

    Just moved here from a country town in mt Vernon ohio, phone bn ringing for over 20 mins 😆, don't know what to think, 🤔 so I was on hold for another 7mins then someone put me on hold, then it rang again for 4mins

    Going from 2 stars to 4 stars, because they are getting better. They at least answer the phones now. They are all very kind. Previous review They don't answer the phone when ya call. The prescriptions that are set up for auto refill don't refill. Set up for text when meds are ready don't get any messages.
