I have used Lens Crafters most of my years in Cincinnati for excellent product due to my severely myopia. Today I ran late and called. Was told there was a 10 min grace period. Due to wrong turns I arrived right at the cut off time and called again letting them know I had arrived right at the cut off time. I ran to the appointment only to find it had already been given to another person in spite of me calling twice. I feel if there is such an uncaring attitude toward me in this why would I be able to trust them to care for me eyes. Thanks but no thanks. Your company has really changed This is being edited weeks later. I am making a very sincere apology to you. It was not the fault of your company that I was late. I should have scheduled a later time knowing how slow I am and easily lost! Please forgive my attitude! I found our most places have a 10 minute rule no matter what even with calls. I understand. Your company has given me excellent service for many years! Thank you!

When she got there she was actually only 1 minute late but they had already given her appointment away! S-o-o unprofessional and unacceptable. We have been going to Lenscrafters for over 30 years and to be treated like that after making 2 courtesy calls - unbelievable!
