    I want to give one star because of how bothered I am. But I am giving two just because unfortunately I’m considerate and don’t want to tank reviews THAT bad, and I have been to this location multiple times and the first experience was in a PINCH in 2025 when I had ran out of contacts and broke my only pair of glasses. The second time I went early 2026, another was FANTASTIC and very patient and helpful. She helped me place a special order and also got a secondary same-day pair. I had to return recently (this was almost a week ago) due to the special order pair having physical frame damage from corrosion on the inside of BOTH temple arms……..this corrosion caused me to get a bacterial infection that spread onto both sides of my temples/sides of my face and into the sides of my scalp by my ears…….REASONABLY I wanted to take them in to get a replacement pair as the frame is obviously defective by manufacturer. It is May. I just got these special ordered in JANUARY. Regardless of whatever, why are glasses corroding that fast from normal wear? I’ve never had that happen before. So I called and confirmed that they would replace them before I went in, whoever I spoke with on the phone confirmed they would as long as I brought the pair in with me. I came in to the front desk and met Sharon. Who when I described the issue, pointed out obviously to her face where the corrosion was, which she acknowledged, and described the infection, which she acknowledged, she goes to the computer and tells me I’m passed the 30-day window to return….. LOL. To that I reply, “….Passed the 30-day window? The product is defective and gave me an infection.” She reiterated it had been passed 90 days actually! And verbalized I’m “probably just allergic to the metal” while being firm I can’t replace them…..As if it was just supposed to be my loss or something? Or? I’m supposed to keep wearing them and keep getting/stay infected?? Or? Lol?? BUY ANOTHER PAIR CAUSE ITS MY FAULT RIGHT. Eyemart Express, you should really train all your employees on first your policy, second real customer service, and third compassion. This did not make sense to me at all. Blame a customer for a product defect? 30-day window for a customer to determine and know if they will get an infection? YOUR WEBSITE EXPLICITLY STATES THE 30-DAY WINDOW IS IF SOMEONE SIMPLY JUST FEELS THEY “DON’T LIKE” THEIR FRAMES AND THEY CAN GET RESTYLE????? Is that what I communicated to her? Or was it under your described warranty policy? Where there was physical damage to the frame within 1 year of purchase? Regardless of the POLICY. The MANUFACTURER DEFECT IS KING. IN EITHER REGARD. AND AFFECTED MY HEALTH. THAT IS KING. IT TROMPS BOTH POLICIES. Literally in that situation what you do is take the pair, give me my money or make it right (in this case I was just asking for a new pair to compensate for the damages…..that were not my fault……but the manufacturers…….that is indirectly eyemart express’ fault because you sold me the product did you not?……is that not fair????)TAKE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGE , GET MY ORIGINAL DATED INVOICE FROM /JANUARY /TO SHOW THE SHORT AMOUNT OF RIDICULOUS TIME THIS OCCURRED IN , WRITE UP YOUR DETAILED CLAIM PAPERWORK, FAX IT OVER AND CLAIM THE PAIR WITH THE MANUFACTURER. They usually send your business the money back for THEIR mistake. Because they will assume the responsibility for producing and distributing a subpar, unhealthy and potentially hazardous or harmful product?? ITS A MANUFACTURER PROBLEM. NOT A ME-THE CONSUMER PROBLEM. SHARON. She didn’t even get to any level of consideration. None. Only when she took my glasses to the back and someone else probably told her the same thing I’m saying and she changed her tune. Lol. This really bothered me that I was treated this way and handled this way and “cared” for this way by another person and this was okay in her mind. Even tho I was able to still get my replacement frame order placed THANK GOD. I was worried I would not be able to because of how much of a hard time she was giving me about it.

    My daughters and I visited Eyemart on Saturday May 2nd. We had some glasses we had previously put on hold that my daughter wanted to wear for prom. The glasses unfortunately had been placed back in inventory and someone had bought them. My daughter was devastated. However Tiffany who works at Eyemart jumped in immediately to help us to try and locate the glasses. She searched everywhere giving us other options and giving 100% of her attention and effort to try and find alternatives. When I say Tiffany was so nice and genuine and absolutely the best person to turn a disappointing day into a joyful experience. We quickly forgot about our disappointment and was so happy with another selection of glasses!! Tiffany is the best! When we returned within an hour of my daughter’s glassses being ready to be picked up. Tiffany was there, ready to make sure the glasses fit, clean, and we were happy with everything. Tiffany is the best, nice, genuine, and I will visit Eyemart Tri County because of Tiffany! Tiffany, your efforts and generosity, didn’t go unnoticed. Me and my daughter appreciate you! And because of you she will have an amazing Senior prom!! We thank you, and we Appreciate you!!!!!! 💜

    Very professional and friendly. I brought in my prescription and Tiffani showed me glasses in my price range and informed me of the special they were offering. They had both pairs of glasses done in less than an hour! Definitely recommend and will go to them any time i need new glasses (:
