  The manager at this location, Taylor, gave me the wrong information about their cancellation policy and continued to charge me without any acknowledgment. When I tried to sort out the issue with the staff I was hung up on which just made the situation worse than it was to start with. All I was told that it was going to be added on as a collection fee although I stopped attending classes about a month ago and notified the staff. I was charged for a whole month after making it clear I was done going to classes. As a result, I’ve had to block my credit card because all it seems that they are trying to do is ruin my credit. Overall, their cancellation policy absolutely sucks and created unnecessary complications.

  I enjoyed the class itself, but I was very disappointed with how the studio handled an incident involving my prescription glasses. During class, my glasses were left on the shelf where belongings are kept. When I returned, the frames were broken, snapped in half. What bothered me most was not just the damage, but that the receptionist apparently witnessed someone knocking them off the shelf and stepping on them and did not immediately address it, identify the person, file an incident report, or tell me what happened. I only found out when I asked the receptionist directly if she had seen someone break my glasses. She told me she had seen someone knock them off the shelf, but said she could not remember who. She then offered to file an incident report. I was told there are cameras and that the manager would contact me within the hour. I have not yet received a call. Prescription glasses are not a casual personal item and I expected a much more proactive and professional response from staff after a witnessed incident. Again, the class itself was fine, but the way this situation was handled left me feeling very uncomfortable.

  Solon Club Pilates has a great community. The classes are challenging, but not impossible, and instructors will make adjustments based on your ability. Corinne is by far my favorite instructor. She changes up her classes each week so it doesn't get repetitive. She is really great at explaining the exercises and how to target the intended muscles. She watches everyone and give us personal attention if we are struggling. Everyone at Club Pilates is very kind. I also never have difficulty getting off the waitlist for a class, so I can always fit classes into my schedule.
