About three months ago my husband had a toe amputated.
Well today I looked at his foot and saw it was turning black. I’ve tried all day to call and to get a call back. Never happened.
I decided to run in and see if someone could look at it. Well we got there they asked his name so I told her I didn’t have an appointment but someone needed to look at his foot. She said his doctor isn’t here today. I ask well isn’t there a doctor here? She said yes but he has two more patients and then it’s time for him to go home. I said he can’t take five minutes to look at his foot?? She it will be time for him to go home.
I said God forbid the he stay 5 or 10 minutes longer to look at his foot.
I’m very very disappointed in this office.
What happened to the doctors that really cared for their patients not the mighty dollar.
Very disappointed

I made an apt with Nina, podiatrist last July. I have a high deductible and I made them aware of that and that I would like for costs to be as low as possible. She proceeded to set me up with all sorts of things and wrapped up a bill over $400. I was following up with her with the issues I was having every 2 weeks-which costs even more. I set up a payment plan with the office.
I received a phone call today stating I still owed them $49 and I would be turned in to collections. When calling to question, I was told the billing dept doesn't deal with payment plans. They had to leave a message for someone to call me back, as no one would answer at the office when they called. Then when I got a call back, the office staff was rude. The call first off, was disconnected and I had to go through a long line of recordings just to get to speak to someone. No one attempted to call me back after the call was disconnected.
When I finally did get through, she informed me she sent me a link for a payment plan. I asked why my plan stopped to begin with. She stated that I was delinquent on my account and they tried to take it out numerous times since November. I informed her I have never received another statement. Mind you, I pay my bills. I am not one to ignore statements. Statements I never received-she stated they sent. Never changed my address or the account they were taking the money from. They got the first $350+ and then all a sudden the last $49 it was my fault? Then to threaten to send me to collections? She then responded with "well I noted on your account I sent you the link so if it doesn't get paid it is on you and will go to collections. That is not on our end." Yet you would have had the money back in November if it wasn't on your end.
Best part, I am currently at a different podiatrist-I have had 3 visits and my issues are being handled at a reasonable cost and the treatment is actually working. Beware: this place will just ring up a huge bill on you and not actually fix the issue-and then blame you for them not getting their payment plan automatic payments.
On another note, my son also went here around the same time I did. That payment plan went through fine with same care and address. Imagine that. Each visit with both of us we waited over an hour past appointment time as well. They recommended orthotics for my son and said they would send me information to my email-never received. We will not return.

I wish I could give zero stars. My first red flag should have been when I sat for 45 minutes waiting to even be called back even though I was the first patient early in the morning. Then I was left in a room waiting and waiting. I received a couple minutes of their time and waited even more. They told me my orthotics were approved by insurance, would be no cost to me, and would be available for pickup in 2 weeks. Two months went by and I had to be the one to call them. They told me they needed to call the lab and do some checking around. After about 2 more weeks I called them again because they never got back to me…now all of a sudden they have my orthotics in and they tell me I owe a huge fee for them because they didn’t get them done before the new year so now my deductible starts over and isn’t met to cover them. I was told by a woman that checked things over they would review everything because she said I did not sign a paper saying I would pay if insurance had an unexpected issue…now a month later I get a call saying since I signed a paper I will need to pay for these orthotics that were previously covered at zero cost. Seems like something fishy is going on in their facility. Don’t waste your time or money at this foot doctor.
