  Loved experience until after the surgery. Not told we had prescriptions or antibiotics. In order to save $ at first used home ibuprofen. Once we went to get prescribed ibuprofen and Tylenol, I saw that there was a script for Antibiotics. They did remedy the situation, need to write down scripts on d/c instructions. My kid was 3 days late on antibiotics.

  I was very fortunate to call for an appointment at The North Coast Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Center & to be scheduled with Dr Mehta. Dr Mehta was extremely kind, passionate, professional, well educated & knowledgeable. He put my concerns at rest with excellent communication skill & by informing me of what he was going to do , why & possible outcomes before he began any procedure. The office staff was also extremely polite, caring & professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone who needs an oral or maxillofacial surgeon.

  Wonderful! I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed under general anesthesia in August 2026, by Dr. Adarsh Mehta. He was very kind and communicated the procedure beforehand very well. Pre- and post-op care was excellent. Dr. Mehta even called me later that day to ensure I was doing okay. I experienced little to no swelling at all, my stitches and clots healed excellently, and I had no pain the prescribed medication couldn’t take care of. Others were jealous at how easy my recovery was! I’d recommend Dr. Mehta and North Coast Oral Surgery again and again. Thank you!

  Wisdom Teeth Removal Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in all facets of the operation. I forgot my referral at home and they accepted a picture of said referral in place of a paper copy which was nice. The Surgeon was also extremely kind and put me at ease with the operation. Only thing that hurt was the numbing shots, didn't feel anything throughout the entire process except for on my left upper wisdom tooth to which he promptly administered more numbing to make sure I didn't feel any pain. The surgeon also called me directly later in the day after the surgery to check in on me and see if I had any questions.

  The nurse working with Dr. Clemow, in our opinion, was not welcoming or comforting at all. My daughter was extremely scared and anxious throughout the entire experience, yet no one made any effort to help put her at ease. There was no small talk, no reassurance, no attempt to distract her from the unfamiliar environment or what was about to happen. A few kind words, explaining each step, or simply acknowledging how nervous she was could have made a tremendous difference. Instead, the room felt cold and silent. In fact, my daughter was the one who tried to start a conversation before going under anesthesia because she was so nervous. Even then, the staff barely engaged with her and did not seem concerned when she expressed how frightened she was. As a parent, that was heartbreaking to hear. The procedure itself went well, but bedside manner matters—especially when caring for anxious teenagers. Compassion and reassurance are just as important as clinical skill. Unfortunately, we felt that effort was completely lacking during our experience. If you are the parent of a teen and are looking for a practice where your child will be treated with warmth, kindness, and genuine compassion, I would not recommend this office based on our experience. The nurse asked about three different times if we knew we had to pay upfront. Yes we knew, yes we paid the receptionist when we registered before the surgery. I’m still trying to understand why she was more concerned about that than my daughter.
