  Great place. I go after hours , nice atmosphere.. clean facility. Many equipments . I enjoy the 24/7 operation due to my busy schedule.

  I have tried twice now to cancel our membership. I have been charged twice after being told on the phone that our membership has successfully been canceled. Just filed a dispute with my bank for unauthorized charges.

  The gym is great - excellent equipment and trainers but there are a few issues that could be improved 🙏 1. The older male cleaner — could you please ask him to keep some distance? Quite often he comes too close, and last time he started vacuuming literally right under me while I was doing cardio. I had to stop my workout, get up, and let him finish. Overall, it feels a bit creepy and uncomfortable. 2. The smell in the shower is extremely strong — it smells like a dead mouse or something worse. There is mold spots, especially around the floor drain pipe. It looks like it’s not being cleaned at all. A proper plumbing/deep cleaning there would be great. Because also infections can be caused from mold. 3. The dip bars machine for triceps workout, needs to be fixed to floor. It’s very easy to fall — it’s not secured, it wobbles, and one leg is shorter than the other. I honestly think it’s only a matter of time before someone gets injured and takes legal action. Overall, it’s a great gym and I hope it can become ideal. Let’s make it more comfortable and safe.
