  I feel nothing professional about the fact that the doctors are all by zoom, since the lenses in the office are too dirty and that affects the final result.

  Amazing! We have been going here for years, and I continually recommend them to everyone I know! The customer service is beyond wonderful! They are consistently friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. I have limited mobility and deal with severe, chronic ankle pain so getting around is difficult. When I ordered my glasses this time, not only did Chelsea help me pick out the best pair, the glasses were ready in under 20 minutes AND when I came back to pick them up, she rushed out to my car to give them to me!! I didn't even have to struggle to walk inside! I am so grateful to Chelsea and Eyemart Express in Reynoldsburg. THE VERY BEST place to get your glasses by far!

  These ladies are amazing. The eye doctor was amazing. I had a horrible time at the last place I went and these ladies made a new customer for life. They even fixed the glasses I was wearing so I could see for the exam. Above and beyond!!!!
