  I went for an eye exam earlier last month, and spent nearly two hours there trying to get my correct prescription, it was a long process through zoom call which I should have marked as a red flag already.. but the woman in person was friendly but she kept saying that she hopes we don’t get a few techs through zoom because she did not like them. After the first woman tech through zoom couldn’t get my prescription correct (which she was trash talking about the whole time) we went to the doctor.. and I let the doctor know that it wasn’t correct, so he tried to correct it with the tech there with me. After not being successful he had me see another tech, which my eyes were already tired at that point because it had been well over and hour and a half of looking at this that and the other. What I thought was my correct prescription was not. I ordered glasses for my job, and the prescription was wrong. So instead of going back there because it was a headache going the first time, I went to Pearl vision and got my correct prescription. I’ve called this place to see if I could get my money back but the woman who did my exam completely was unprofessional over the phone and kept talking over me when I asked about who to contact for a refund. She kept saying that no one is going to give me a refund because I didn’t go back there. And she got upset when I asked her not to interrupt me when I was talking. Very unprofessional WHY WOULD I GO BACK THERE!! I don’t WANT to go back there, I spent nearly two hours there after telling her after the first fail that I could come back another day because my eyes were tired and she insisted I stay. I will not go back there and I wouldn’t recommend anyone get an eye exam there.

  The eye exam service is severely lacking. All exams are done through telehealth now. The zoom meeting exam assistant, as well as the "doctor" she was texting with refused to write a prescription. The doctor actually refused to see me at all. They had never heard of vertical heterophoria, which is a very common condition. I have monocular vision, so I see out of one eye at a time. 42 years of vision tests, and it has never been an issue. And somehow, neither the assistant or the "doctor" could wrap their heads around what it was. Unbelievably poor knowledge for someone supposedly in a medical field.

  Two pairs of custom glasses in 29 minutes! Best of all. Monique came out to our car for the final fitting so my handicapped wife and I didn’t need to unload and set up our wheelchair! Terrific service!!
