She attempts to custom-match personalities of her employees with the situation and person receiving the care. The loose link is the character of the specific individuals who are on the job. People's standards and commitments vary, so you can't know until a person proves themself. But we've learned to not hesitate to have specific workers fired after they've exhibited undesirable &/or untrustworthy characteristics. It's proven unproductive to extend 2nd or 3rd chances in hopes of a worker changing from what they've shown. After all, we're dealing with adults here. Betty works to correct situations admirably. And she is a very good listener. We recommend the Columbus Home Instead that is run by Betty.

The office may be closed after 5pm but there is a 24 hour phone line that will be picked up at any time! I have had the privilege of knowing caregivers and the lady's and gentlemen in the office and they are special! I would highly recommend Home Instead Senior Care.
