- RDRaymond DoddOct 9, 20265.0Bill saved my day! Glasses broke and he had me good as new in under an hour! Crazy fast service.
- T5Taurustar 5Sep 29, 20265.0Patti was great! I felt very comfortable with her. She wasn't pushy, she gave me my space to browse but was also available when I needed Help! Love her cheerful attitude. My only complaint is my glasses were more expensive than I initially thought they would be. That being said, I no longer have insurance so wasn't sure about the pricing.. But their service is wonderful.
- JHJamie Huber'GronkaSep 9, 20262.0Decent place when I took the kids. Didn't care for it myself. Doctor was chomping on gum the entire eye exam which was distracting. They are not clear on what you are purchasing with their warranties. I always buy the warranty and to find out that I don't have a warranty was very surprising because I never don't by the warranty. I found Patti to be argumentative, and off putting and Chuck just doesn't give a s***. My $10 pair of glasses that came with my expensive pair were done in the hour Express part and they had a scratch in the lenses. I didn't put it there. It was there but God knows because I didn't buy the warranty they won't do anything about it; until you buy the warranty. I'd really like to see and have a copy of my original paperwork. Save yourself the trouble and if you want decent glasses that still have a quick turnaround go to America's Best,. And I never did get the message saying my second pair was ready even though it's automated according to them. And they sure hope they fix my $10 pair of glasses and don't ruin them out of spite after reading this review. I have to pick them up tomorrow.

- MRMia RentzAug 8, 20265.0Phenomenal service. They had me in and out within 20 minutes. $119 out the door for a contact lense exam. Everyone was beyond kind and professional. My husband is a LensCrafters snob, but as we were leaving he said he would like to make an appointment with them. 15/10.
