Got my immediate needs met thoroughly, but honestly the worst customer service/bedside manner I have experienced by a clinician in a long time and by the front desk. To be clear this they did treat me appropriately but nothing about the visit felt caring or understanding.

I went because of pressure in my ears, and the woman who attended me told me I have a lot of wax and that I needed to make another appointment to have it removed because it was causing me a lot of discomfort. Another appointment? So I went, I paid—for what? For an incompetent person to tell me I needed to make yet another appointment for what I came for???. She even had to look up on Google the name of an over-the-counter medicine to unclog my ears because she didn’t know anything. Honestly, it was a terrible experience. Now, I have to wait for the bill comes and still with my pressure and pain in my ear , unfair. If anyone’s is reading this , please Do NOT waste your money and time

I read a couple other reviews and obviously a couple of the most recent people have not tried an ED recently, the wait times are crazy long and I know there are 2 sides to every story, so I came here anyway and had a wonderful experience with the NP Lucy!
