Because I was unsure how I would feel about someone taking his spot.When you have someone you've been with for almost 30 years it's hard to break away. Well, I am glad I stayed on board with the same office. Crystal is so sweet, caring, and she listens to what you have to say. I also got that from Dr. Ania but I couldn't understand what he said half the time. With Crystal she makes sure that we are on the same page and that everything is okay with me. I love it also because she comes in and sees you and you are in their and out. Also, her staff makes you feel at home ( you don't find that in too many places).Most of all, We are not sitting/ waiting to be seen for two hours. We are in their and out. Kudos to Crystal and her staff!!!!
