I initially had a positive impression after speaking with a staff member over the phone and sharing all the necessary information. However, the follow-up communication felt disorganized—I was asked again via text for details I had already provided. The back-and-forth and lack of clarity left me feeling confused and frustrated, especially as I was trying to coordinate with someone else. It’s disappointing, because I was genuinely excited about trying the class. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t give me the confidence I needed to continue with the studio.

The membership is too expensive to not be willing to kindly correct someone’s form and steer them in the right direction. It sucks that they’re (some instructors/managers) willing to accept hundreds of peoples dollars, but won’t actually TEACH Pilates.
