  Couldn't have been more pleased. Office staff were very accommodating with my schedule needs and excellent with communication. The caregivers were consistently a great match for me and we enjoyed a variety of activities together.

  The staff and personnel at Home Instead were first class. Responsive, capable, and responsible. A few times when there was a staffing change or minor delay, I received a prompt phone call. Daily log details helped to track the trend on my mother's health. I wish we had retained them earlier, as they are the anedote for care-burnout, and can help forestall a transfer to an assisted living facility. Highly recommended.

  Home Instead has provided personal care for my father, Gene, for over 3 years. Home Instead has provided the skilled, caring, consistent caregivers essential to caring for him in my home, even as his needs have changed. Our caregivers add so much to his life, in addition to caring for his daily needs. Our caregivers and schedulers do an amazing job making sure we have the help we need. I highly recommend Home Instead.

  We had a sudden need for care for both my mother and father. Home Instead quickly scheduled 24x7 care for them and was able to provide 24 hour care within days. Our main contact and our scheduler were available to us and were easy to contact. All of the caregivers were professional, friendly, and helpful, and most importantly gracious under pressure.
