His knowledge was extensive, and he was extremely personable - he had a knack for faces and could quickly and accurately assess and offer the best eyewear suitable for me (and my husband) because he listened and observed. Also he was delightful and had sparkle that is rare, especially because my husband and I were his last customers at the end of the day. We had a wonderful time, felt special and left with a good feeling, not just about the eyewear we chose, but about ourselves and our uniqueness. What a gift!
