- ASAlice SchafrathNov 9, 20163.0Had a mobility scooter repaired. Had a communication issue with service department so It took longer than we wanted . Over all once cleared up it took another week and I got my scooter back and the control arm was catching when I needed to go in reverse shaved a little off the corner and it works fine now. Would of gave them a higher rating if they would have cleaned up the scooter after the repairs instead of the front end looking grubby while it had a whole new back put on it all shinny. And that is mechanics fault I thought he was on the lazy side.
