- ADAlexandra Davis4 days ago1.0I arrived at kroger pharmacy at 5:50 PM after confirming online that they closed at 6:00 PM. Since I’m pregnant and currently sick, I rushed there to make it before closing, only to find no one in the drive thru and the office closed before 6. If your posted hours say you’re open until 6:00 PM, patients should reasonably expect to still be able to enter before that time. If there’s a cutoff time for patients, that should be clearly posted. State law should mandate that pharmacies are not allowed to close 10-15 minutes prior before posted times.

I was told "Yes, we have that in stock" by a male employee (Never got a name) I go to the pharmacy and give them all my insurance info and was told "Give us about 20-30 minutes!' I went and completed other shopping and drove back from Eastgate, walked in and was told "Oh, it will be here tomorrow" so... why was I told several hours earlier that it would be ready? Why wasnt I informed via phone call that you in fact DIDN'T have enough in stock to fill my prescription, so I could go to another pharmacy?! I can not WAIT to move away from Mt. Orab!
