  I recently had an appointment at the Monroe, OH office. I was greeted by Brad Thomas. He listened to my input & suggested he examine my hearing aids & he test my hearing to determine how best to adjust them. The test determined that my hearing had deteriorated significantly since my last test. He replaced the transmitter wire based on the issues I reported & made all the necessary adjustments. During the entire process, he listened intently to my input, answered all of my many questions & made all the necessary adjustments. To say that I am satisfied with the results would be an understatement! I don’t think I have heard with such clarity & volume since I first got my hearing aids (almost 3 years ago) . And, beyond that … I left the office much more confident that I had just received the best service I could have received. I HIGHLY recommend Brad Thomas whether you are a longtime customer or a brand new customer of the Monroe location! Brad is professional, very knowledgeable & totally customer service focused. I promise you, he will take great care of you! Thanks Brad for helping me. I won’t forget it! 😊

  My grandmother is 89 years old and she got hearing aids from him that she didn't like and told him she didn't want and he goes on to tell her she is so death she can't get the kind she likes was very mean to her she gave them back she couldn't hear from them said she had to keep coming back they fell out all time and charged her 800 to give them back well I took her somewhere else she got the kind she wants and can hear in one trip not multiple don't take your loved ones hear they take your money and dont care about your loved ones

  Brad Thomas and Krichelle Miller they helped me to refine my hearing aids in a way where I have a lot more clarity. They were extremely nice throughout the appointment and helpful the whole way. I highly recommend them.

  I HIGHLY recommend Brad Thomas at Miracle Ear in Monroe for FREE, THOROUGH hearing tests!! I’ve had multiple hearing tests over the years at various places but none came close to the ones administered & evaluated yesterday by Brad. I was so impressed! My tests were all good & he didn’t try to sell me anything.
