He listened to my input & suggested he examine my hearing aids & he test my hearing to determine how best to adjust them. The test determined that my hearing had deteriorated significantly since my last test. He replaced the transmitter wire based on the issues I reported & made all the necessary adjustments. During the entire process, he listened intently to my input, answered all of my many questions & made all the necessary adjustments. To say that I am satisfied with the results would be an understatement! I don’t think I have heard with such clarity & volume since I first got my hearing aids (almost 3 years ago) . And, beyond that … I left the office much more confident that I had just received the best service I could have received. I HIGHLY recommend Brad Thomas whether you are a longtime customer or a brand new customer of the Monroe location! Brad is professional, very knowledgeable & totally customer service focused. I promise you, he will take great care of you! Thanks Brad for helping me. I won’t forget it! 😊

I’ve had multiple hearing tests over the years at various places but none came close to the ones administered & evaluated yesterday by Brad. I was so impressed! My tests were all good & he didn’t try to sell me anything.
