  This isn't the first time I've taken my mother to the dentist for a cleaning. Whenever I go to a new one, they always say we need to make a separate appointment for the cleaning—even though that’s exactly what I asked for in the first place. What makes me angriest is that they take advantage of the fact that she’s an elderly lady; she tells them what she wants, but they ignore her because all they care about is the money! It makes my blood boil! I don't think I'll be taking her back for another appointment; they’re capable of taking measurements for dentures she doesn't even want—since she already has a set that won't stay in due to her having very little gum tissue left. If I did go, I’d go right in there with her to make sure they actually clean her teeth and don't try to play me for a fool—I am absolutely fed up with that kind of thing! I also called the health insurance company, and it turns out the dentists were requesting authorization and billing the insurance for dentures without my mother's consent—even though she doesn't want those wretched dentures.

  Good luck ever getting an appointment here. Every time you call, you’re met with conflicting information and, in my experience, some of the rudest customer service I’ve encountered. One employee tells you that you need to call on the last Friday of the month to schedule. When you do exactly that, someone else tells you to call back on Monday. Other times, you’re told they don’t have the dentist’s schedule available yet and to keep calling back. I’ve been trying since October after I had to been seen by one of their medical providers as this was a new requirement starting in March 2025 to schedule a routine cleaning and dental work and still have not been able to secure an appointment. At this point, it feels nearly impossible to actually be seen by a dentist here. If you’re specifically looking for dental services, I would strongly recommend finding another provider rather than wasting months repeatedly calling with no results. 0/10. Very frustrating experience.

  Had the worst tooth pain and was having a difficult timing getting in anywhere, they got me in and out. Highly recommend!! everyone in the dental department is amazing!!

  Dr. Krishan and his assistant Elaya are absolutely amazing! When I first started coming here my anxiety was so high. With their comfort and kindness I can’t wait to come back and see them now! Not to mention they gave me my smile back and I haven’t had that in 10+ years. I can not thank them enough for everything they did for me. Highly recommend coming to see them.

  I came in with a sore throat and I’ve been currently waiting for about 2 hours for them to attend me, the place isn’t even packed or anything they just take their sweet ol time.
