When I took my husband to get new lenses for a perfectly good frame he bought from work the sales person was extremely rude to him. First told him his frame was no good, it would crack if the swap out the lens, and tried to sell him brand new frames. Even though he already recently bought them. The women they have as the face of the company are all mean and rude. They do not appear friendly and when my husband actually decided on selecting a frame there was an issue with the payment. When he was overwhelmed and had an issue with using Klarna ( a special the store was offering) the lady told him to his face “ if you are going to waste my time, don’t even bother coming back in!” Never again will purchase anything in this store. How rude is that? I don’t know if this review will be seen by anyone but the customer service could use a significant amount of work! You either need to retrain the staff or hire people who show more compassion and empathy and respect! If this is how you treat minorities, I hate to tell you but that is bad for business. You should care to lose customers who have been with your company for some time. Taking my money elsewhere!
